SITE PLANS
Site Plans are similar to (and sometimes synonymous with) certified plot plans but
typically have more detailed information than certified plot plans. A Site Plan would
be used for "ground-up" new construction. Site Plans would show existing
topography, any protected resources, existing utilities, as well as, proposed
building(s), proposed grading, proposed utility installations and connections, etc.
